CRAFT COCKTAILS

We are craftsmen and craftswomen who believe anything worth doing is worth doing well. From our humble beginnings working out of a tiny kitchen in our founder’s home to the boutique distillery in Kansas City’s historic Crossroads district where we operate today, we are continuously working on perfecting our distilling process to bring you a spirit worthy of its inspiration.

GOLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Mean Mule Gold

½ oz Brown Sugar Rich Syrup 

3 dashes Angosturra bitters

2 dashes of Orange Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

Make a simple syrup with two parts brown sugar and one part water, wait to boil then cool. Then combine ingredients and stir with ice. Strain into chilled rocks glass (can be served neat or on the rocks). Garnish with a feathered orange swath.

AGRONI

INGREDIENTS

1½ oz Mean Mule Silver

1 oz Bitter Bianco

1 oz Routin Blanc Vermouth

2 dash Orange Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir with ice, strain into rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange swath.

Midnight Preacher

INGREDIENTS

¾ oz Mean Mule Gold 

¾ oz Yellow Chartreuse

¾ oz Aperol

¾ oz lime juice 

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake over ice, double strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with a lime swirl.

PALOMA

INGREDIENTS

1½ oz Mean Mule Silver

½ oz Simple Syrup

¾ oz Lime Juice

1 oz Pamplemousse Liqueur

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into Collins glass. Top with Soda. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
